High Tea & Events

• If an event or High Tea is cancelled due to COVID 19 restrictions or border closure, guests will receive a full refund.

Accommodation

• If you no longer wish to travel due to concerns about COVID-19, this will be treated as “change of mind” and our standard T & C apply.
• If you have a health condition that means you are at higher risk of COVID, you should contact your doctor and provide a certificate to FCNI for a credit VOUCHER to travel within 12 months of the original date. (In some medical circumstances a refund will be provided).
• If you make a change within 30 days of your arrival you will not receive a refund or credit. However, if travel arrangements and bookings have been impacted by COVID travel restrictions, Forrester Court will provide a credit voucher to travel within 12 months of the original date.

Please note

• In the instance that you change your booking multiple times (two or more) you will be charged a rebooking fee of $120
• if your new date falls into a high season or in a year that our advertised rates are a higher rate the difference will be charged.
