Many people think that yoga is stretching. While stretching is certainly involved, Yoga is really about developing strength and flexibility to create balance in the body. This is achieved through the performance of postures, or asanas, each of which has specific physical benefits.
A Yoga session will cover:
Pranayama, or breath work to reduce stress and calm nervous tension.
Asana practice, or postures will be specific to each individuals health and fitness levels.
Shavasana or rest will include aura clearing with light touches to the head area.
