Airport pickup
Guests are met at the airport with your car, after a brief orientation (depending on your arrival time) you will be escorted back to the property where I look forward to meeting you all personally.
That little something extra
- As Australian and New Zealand mobile phones will not operate on Norfolk Island. We provide each guest with a mobile phone for use whilst on the island

Currency
Australian notes and coins are the legal tender of the island. The two banks on the island (Westpac and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia) can convert currency for you. Major credit cards are also widely accepted
Time Difference
Norfolk Island time is one and a half hours ahead of Australian Eastern Standard Time and half an hour ahead of Eastern Daylight Saving Time.
What to pack
Norfolk's sub-tropical climate is tempered by the surrounding sea so it is never blazingly hot and rarely cold enough to demand more than a pullover or cardigan. Summer days average around 24°C with little rain. Almost every day from October to May offers pleasant beach weather, but the very best months for the beach are from December to April.
Winter days are usually beautiful with day temperatures around 18°C, descending occasionally to a 'chilly' 12° at night. There are occasional storms but most rain conveniently falls during the night.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 45 days prior to arrival, the booking fee will be retained.
- Cancellation 30 - 45 days prior to arrival - is the cost of 4 night's accommodation.
- Cancellation less than 30 days no refund will apply.
Reservation Deposits
A 25% deposit payment must be received to confirm your booking. Without your deposit payment we accept no responsibility for loss of reservation booking not being confirmed. The remaining 75% deposit is required 45 days prior to arrival.
