Relax in our unspoilt lifestyle
Forrester Court was the first accommodation property on Norfolk island to embrace Ecotourism
Forrester Court has been Foot printed by the Centre for Integrated Sustainability Analysis at the University of Sydney and offers the world's most comprehensive approach to measuring sustainable development. The Centre's "triple bottom line" approach identifies economic, social and environmental impacts including carbon footprints, water and energy use, and emissions of toxic compounds, taking into account an organisation's total supply chain. This holistic approach was used in a 'triple bottom line' analysis of the entire Australian economy, which was commissioned by the Australian Government. Forrester Court is proud to announce that it has out performed any other Australian accommodation.

Luxury is all about indulgence, for this reason it is often assumed that five star stays mean a bigger drain on the world's precious resources. Yet we have found that luxury-lovers do care about the environment as much as we do and indeed many of you are vocal campaigners for sustainability. So we are thrilled to be able to make this unspoilt property available to you.
Sixteen tropical acres invite you to relax and fill your soul with this unspoiled lifestyle. Beautiful timber buildings have been carefully sited amongst trees with majestic views over Cascade Bay and out to the South Pacific Ocean.
The original land was heavily wooded with tobacco weed, Gava and Tahitian Holly, this was cleared by hand to assure the numerous ancient White Oaks (most over 200yrs old) were not destroyed whilst clearing the land. Abundant with various native birds, such as the White Tern who flock back to these Oak trees each summer.
Spectacular waterfalls can be seen after the rains .... Relax on the bench overlooking Cascade and watch the Whales frolic in the Bay - a truly world-class experience.
As an eco property Forrester Court offers a comfortable and relaxing environment using the sustainable, natural energy from the sun, where possible and water collection. Guests also enjoy fresh organic fruits, vegetables and herbs grown year-round on site. This combination of sustainable features is unique among Norfolk accommodation.
